Dr Jyoti Bhandari
Partner

MBChB FRCGP DRCOG
Dr Bhandari has been a partner in the practice since 1995. She is a fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners. She holds a diploma for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a diploma for the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive health and is able to fit and remove contraceptive sub-dermal implants.

She has a diploma in musculoskeletal medicine.

She looks after the residents at Rowanweald Nursing home.

She is involved in teaching medical students from UCL medical school.

Dr Sonal Shah
Partner

BSc (Hons) MBChB DRCOG FRCGP
Dr Sonal Shah has been a partner at the practice since 1997. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners and a GP with an Extended Role (GPwER) in dermatology. She holds a Distinction in the Diploma in Practical Dermatology from the University of Cardiff.

She is accredited to perform minor surgical procedures, including the insertion and removal of subcutaneous contraceptive devices. She also holds a diploma from both the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Shah is a GP trainer on the Northwick Park GP Training Scheme and is actively involved in undergraduate medical education.

Dr Debbie Argent
Partner

MBChB FRCGP DCH DRCOG DFRSH
Having been at the practice since 2004, Dr Argent became a partner in 2009. She holds diplomas in Child Health, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Sexual and Reproductive Health and is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners. 

She is one of the GPs responsible for the care of patients at Wilsmere House Nursing Home.

She is GP trainer on the Northwick Park GP Training scheme and is a GP appraiser for Harrow and the East of England.

She enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog and travelling.

Dr Sharanjit Takher
Partner

MBBS MRCGP DCH
Dr Takher trained at Imperial College, London. He first came to the practice in 2006 as a trainee foundation doctor. Having been inspired into general practice by this, he trained as a General Practitioner and joined the practice in 2010.

He has an interest in paediatrics and is also involved in the care of patients at Wilsmere House Nursing Home.

He is a GP trainer working with the Northwick Park GP training scheme and is a GP appraiser for Harrow.

Dr Shameer Shah
Partner

BSC(Hons), MBChB, MRCP, nMRCGP, DRCOG, DFsRH, PCard(dip)
Dr Shameer Shah qualified from the University of Manchester in 2001 with a 2:1 honours degree and initially pursued a career in Gastroenterology. In 2008, he retrained as a General Practitioner to broaden his clinical scope. Since completing his GP training, he has expanded his expertise through additional diplomas in diabetes and cardiology. Dr Shah joined the practice as an associate GP in 2014 and became a partner in 2016.

He is actively involved in medical education, training medical students and junior doctors, and has been a GP appraiser since 2019. He regularly delivers educational talks to healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Outside of medicine, Dr Shah enjoys family time and is an avid scuba diver who looks forward to beach holidays.

Dr Noreen Ryan
GP

BSc MBBS FRCGP MEd ULT SFHEA DRCOG DipTher 
Dr Ryan first came to the practice in 1996 as a trainee. She was a Partner here from 2002 until April 2016. During this time she has always had an interest in undergraduate education.

To develop this interest further she has now taken up a position as principal lecturer at Imperial College as her main role.

She continues to do sessions for the practice as a Salaried GP.

Dr Naazneen Kalla

Dr Kalla graduated from the University of Cape Town in South Africa in 2007.

She undertook her training at the Northwick Park scheme where she was a trainee at Enderley Road Medical Centre.

She now joins our team as a Salaried GP.

She has special interests in teaching and Women’s Health.
 

Dr Shyam Thacker

Dr Thacker graduated from Barts and The London School of Medicine in 2019.

He completed his training at the Northwick Park scheme, where he worked as a Registrar at the practice before taking up the role of a salaried GP.

He has a special interest in Frailty and Medical education.

Dr Fahad Kazmi

Dr Kazmi graduated from Barts and the London School of Medicine in 2017.

He undertook his training at the Northwick Park hospital programme and was a trainee at Enderley Road before taking the role of salaried GP.

His interests include Diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

General Practitioner Registrar and Students

Our practice is a training and teaching practice. Our registrars are fully qualified and have a great deal of hospital experience. Registrars are attached to our practice and usually become general practitioners after completing their training.

They are at all times encouraged to seek advice when required from the practice partners. We are also fortunate to have medical students attached to our practice for short periods.

Nurse Tracey Davies
Lead Nurse

Tracey is a dedicated Lead Nurse, having served the practice since 1999. With over two decades of experience, she has become a cornerstone of the clinical team, specializing in the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Throughout her tenure, Tracey has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. Her extensive experience allows her to provide comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, and deliver ongoing support to
patients managing these long-term health conditions. Her role encompasses conducting routine reviews, adjusting treatment regimens, and offering lifestyle advice to help patients achieve optimal health outcomes.

Tracey’s expertise and compassionate approach have made her a trusted healthcare professional among patients and colleagues alike. Her longstanding dedication to Enderley Medical Centre underscores her passion for nursing and her unwavering commitment to improving the health and well-being of the community she serves.

Nurse Valentina Mihalcea
Lead Nurse

Valentina is our experienced Lead Nurse, who also sees patients for minor illness at the surgery.
Valentina graduated in 1998 from the Nursing School in Brașov, Romania, and spent the first six years of her career working at a Military Hospital in Romania.
 
She joined the team at Enderley in 2005 and has been proud to serve our community ever since. Over the years, she has developed a special interest in managing Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, baby health, and minor illnesses.
 
She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting our patients through every stage of their health journey.

She is currently working as a Registered Nurse and provides care to patients in all areas of nursing. She joined the team at Enderley in 2019. She has special interests in managing patients with Diabetes and wound care and lower limb management.
