Harrow Primary Care :  Public Health, runs a program called HENRY for all families with children aged 0-5 years.

What is HENRY?
HENRY is a FREE 8-week healthy lifestyle and parenting programme designed for families with children aged 0–5 years. A free crèche is included, so you can focus on learning and connecting.



Why join?
By the end of the programme, you will:

✔ Build confidence and skills for your parenting journey
✔ Discover simple, fun ways to keep your little ones active
✔ Explore healthy meals and snacks the whole family will enjoy
✔ Create routines that support a happy, balanced family life
✔ Strengthen family bonds and make everyday moments special

The next HENRY programmes start in January 2026:



1️⃣ Kenmore Park Children’s Centre (HA3 9HZ)
📅 Starts: Wednesday 28th January
📅 Ends: Wednesday 25th March



2️⃣ Chandos Children’s Centre (HA8 6HL)
📅 Starts: Thursday 29th January
📅 Ends: Thursday 26th March



🕒 Time: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM every week
(No session during half term)
