Health Fair

The Enderley Road Health fair 2025 was held on 30th June  and, despite it being a very warm evening, there was a great turn out. There was representation from Stroke Association, Age uk, Harrow Carers,  VIA – Smoking cessation, Mind, Ravenscroft Physiotherapy, Diabetes Prevention, Slimming World, Healthy Health Harrow,  Macmillan Cancer, University of Third Age, Iris- domestic violence awareness and local pharmacies. The patients and staff of Enderley road medical centre were treated to live demonstrations from our  local Tai chi organisation, Harrow Tai Chi for Health, and motivation from Harrow walks.  There was the opportunity to have BMI checks, blood pressure checks and atrial fibrillation screening. Enderley road patients association, ERPA, and the team from Waitrose were at hand to help with refreshments. The staff from Enderley road held stalls to help patients with any questions about the surgery and to encourage use of NHS App.

We would like to extend our gratitude to all the organisations, the Harrow Weald lawn Tennis club, and to the patients for making this such a successful event, highlighting the value of community.

Following the feedback from some of the 250 patients that attended, we will be holding further events in the near future including during the flu vaccination weekend.
